R. "Anne" (Cannon) Fuller

Anne Sayle Fuller—born October 21, 1924 and died on May 27, 2021

Anne Sayle Fuller was raised in Columbia, Tennessee, where she graduated from Columbia High School and then attended Sullins College in Bristol, Virginia.    She was chosen Miss Maury County in Columbia and was Queen of the Mule Day Celebration.

She was a long-time member of Evergreen Presbyterian Church in Memphis, Tennessee.

She worked as a Registered EEG technician at Tennessee Psychiatric Hospital and Memphis Mental Health Hospital.

She was a member of the Southern EEG society, American EEG society, 19th Century Club, Ave Maria Guild, Sphinx Grand Krewe, where Husbands Bill Sayle and Carl Fuller were former Chairmen.  She was a Cotton Carnival Duchess for two former Queens of Sphinx.

She was preceded in death by Husband, Bill Sayle; Husband, Carl Fuller; Mother and Father, Mike and Myrtle Cannon; Daughter, Sandra Campbell; Brother Mike Cannon, Jr.; Sister Doris Tate; and by Grandson Justin Campbell.

She leaves a Daughter, Pat Bell and Husband, Lamar, Grand Daughters Stacy Shannon and Debra Lejeune, Grandson, Chris Bell, Son-in-Law, Richard Campbell and 6 Great Grand Children.

Mrs. Fuller’s funeral service and burial are under the direction of:  Memorial Park Funeral Home & Cemetery in Memphis, TN.  Date & time will be added to the Sauls Funeral Home website as it becomes available.
