Ralph Norman Powell, 84, of Hilton Head Island, SC passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at Bayview Manor in Beaufort, SC.He was a retired Bible Salesman and a US Marine Corps veteran. He was a Presbyterian. He is survived by two sons, Brian David Powell of Bluffton, SC and Dennis M. (Patricia) Powell of Ridgeland, SC; one stepdaughter, Sandra Gardner of Louisville, KY; and three grandsons, Andrew Dylan Powell, Nicholas Dalton Powell, and Patrick Dennis Powell.A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 pm, Friday, August 7, 2009 at Sauls Funeral Home Chapel, 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton, SC. The family will receive friends beginning at 6:00 pm at the funeral home.Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton, SC is assisting the family with their arrangements. (www.saulsfh.com)
