Ray 'Blue' Tillman Harvey

Ray “Blue” Tillman Harvey, age 74, of Early Branch, SC passed away on January 19, 2024 in the Hampton Regional Medical Center.

Blue was born in Beaufort, SC to the late Fred Oliver Harvey and Birdie Winn Harvey.

He was raised in Sheldon, lived in Cherry Point and  finally made his home in Early Branch.  Blue was in residential construction and a sales person for residential construction supplies.  He was an active member of Gillisonville Baptist church.

He is survived by his wife, Dona, whom he married in 1969 and he is survived by his son, Todd (Julie); his sister, Chryl Harvey Eure; his grandson, Matthew Wise (Cady); and his great grandchild, Owen.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Johnny Harvey and two sisters, Sandra Harrell and Joyce Ann York.

The family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 with a memorial service to follow at 3:00 pm at Gillisonville Baptist Church.
