Richard H. Mock

Richard H. Mock, age 87, of Bluffton, SC and formerly of South Fork, PA died Wednesday, February 10, 2016. Mr. Mock was born on November 16, 1928 in Palestine, PA, the son of the late James R. Mock and Ethel R. Berkebile Mock. He worked for many years as a bricklayer and was a member of Local #9. He was a longtime member of Salix United Methodist Church. Mr. Mock was preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years, Nora L. Mock. He is survived by his son, Richard “Rick” Mock (Linda) of Bluffton, SC; sister, Betty Saylor (John) of Davidsville, PA; grandchildren, Eric J. Mock and Julie A. Mock Blake (Todd); great-grandchildren, Katherine and Claire Blake; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will take place at a later date in Richland, PA under the direction of Harris Funeral Home.
