Richard Rider

Richard Rider, of Sun City, died peacefully on June 27, 2022 (almost making it to his 107 ^th birthday!).

He was predeceased by his wife, Mary, and is survived by three children (Dick of Midlothian VA, Larry of Akron OH and Jan Wagner of Sun City), six grandchildren, and eight grandchildren.

Dick was an avid card player, a fantastic handyman, and bowled a 204 at the age of 99!

Sauls Funeral Home will handle the arrangements for a private burial in Akron. In lieu of flowers, Dick’s wish would be a gift on his behalf to Sun City’s Euchre and Cribbage Clubs.
