Robert Duane Bergquist

Robert Duane Bergquist, 69 of Bluffton, SC passed away at his home on Monday, March 25, 2013.He was born in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan on November 9, 1943 to the late David Ralph and Dorothea Wood Bergquist.He was the owner and operator of The Awning Guy. He was a US Navy Vietnam veteran. He was a Christian.He is survived by his wife, Irene G. Bergquist of Bluffton; two daughters, Kristen Bergquist of Bluffton and Kellie Hoyt (Sam) of Hampton, Virginia; one sister, Janet Potter (Richard H.) of Greensboro, NC; four grandchildren, William, Robert and Michael Hoyt and Quinn Bergquist and several nieces and nephews.Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, April 12, 2013 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton with burial at 1:00 pm at Beaufort National Cemetery, 1601 Boundary Street, Beaufort, SC.
