Robert Eugene Hill

Robert Eugene Hill, 83, died Thursday, March 13, 2008 at his home in Bluffton, SC. He was born in Forest City, Missouri on July 26, 1924. He was the son of the late Oscar and Cora Ethel Black Hill.He was a retired contractor and he was a Baptist. He was a US Marine Corp veteran who was wounded twice on Okinawa Island, Ryukyu Islands during World War II. He was a Purple Heart recipient. He is survived by his wife, Hazel Hill of Bluffton, SC; three sons, Steven Dennis, Harry Gregorie Dennis and Alver Dennis Sr., one sister, Loretta Ayler of Penblo, Colorado and two grandchildren.Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton, SC is assisting the family with their arrangements.
