Robert Lee Humbert

Robert Lee Humbert, 72, of Hardeeville, SC passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at his home.He was born in Hardeeville, SC on June 1, 1937. He was the son of the late Jasper E. and Aurie Bell Williams Humbert.He was retired from Union Camp. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hardeeville. He had served six years in the National Guard and he was a former member of the Marine Rescue Squad.He is survived by his wife, Genny S. Humbert of Hardeeville, SC; three sons, Michael and Mark Humbert both of Hardeeville, SC and Tracy Humbert of Bluffton, SC; two brothers, Hugh E. Humbert of Hardeeville, SC and Cecil Humbert of Rincon, GA; and grandchildren, Christopher, Ryan, Drew, Margaret, Caroline, Jeffrey, Jordan, Ashley and Lindsay.Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, May 28, 2010 at the First Baptist Church of Hardeeville, SC with burial in the Purrysburg Cemetery, Hardeeville, SC. The family will receive friends from 6 til 8, Thursday evening, May 27, 2010 at Sauls Funeral Home, 310 W. Adams St., Ridgeland, SC.
