Robert F. Replogle

Robert F. Replogle, 88, of Bluffton, SC passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at Memorial Medical Center of Savannah, GA.

Robert was born February 22, 1932 in Cairo, OH to the late Charles Replogle and Helen Rascer. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp. from 1950 until 1954, a veteran of the Korean War and recipient of the Purple Heart.  He was in the Banking Industry for 40 years. Robert was employed by Securitas for 10 years as a security guard for Sun City Hilton Head. He enjoyed playing golf, working puzzles, and the company of good friends.

Robert is survived by his wife, Linda Friedrich Skakandy; son, Michael Skakandy of Bluffton; daughters, Cathy Breckenridge of OH and Laura Scherzer (Paul) of NJ; and grandchildren, Aaron and Scott Breckenridge, Scott and Daniela Scherzer, and Abigail and Mikayla Skakandy.

Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton is assisting the family with arrangements.
