Ronald J. Bolduc, Sr.

Ronald J. Bolduc, Sr., often referred to as “Senior,” 93, previously from Chalker Beach in Old Saybrook, CT, formerly of Newington, CT, entered into eternal life on May 6, 2026. Ronald was born, October 16, 1932 in Hartford, CT. He was the son of the late Joseph and Alice (Gagnon). 

A Marine through and through, Ronald carried the spirit of Semper Fidelis into every aspect of his life. He attained the rank of Sergeant in the Korean War. In recognition of his honorable service, he will be laid to rest with full military honors at the State Veterans Cemetery in Middletown, CT.

Ronald and his late wife, Frances (Dolly) worked together for 50+ years in numerous businesses, including Bolduc’s Meat Market in Hartford, as well as Dolly’s Broadway Deli in New Britain. Additionally, he was an owner of Parts Mart in Newington.

Ronald is survived by his daughter Cindy Fiano and her husband Mike; his son Ronald Bolduc, Jr. and his wife Andria Alex; and his daughter Jeannette Fetzer. Ronald also leaves 7 grandchildren and 8 greatgrandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Ronald was predeceased by his wife Frances A. (Gondolfo) Bolduc. 

There will be a graveside service and Celebration of Life gathering in the Fall.
