During his career in the Navy, Dr. Bullock, served at the Naval Hospital, San Diego, the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, and the Naval Hospital in Beaufort, South Carolina. He retired from the Navy in 1985 and continued in private practice until 2019.

Dr. Bullock is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Doris, children: Sarah, Paul and wife Dawn, grandchildren: Kendall Blake and Megan, sister: Rosalie, and nieces and nephew: Laury, Jeff and Kathy and their families. He will be remembered as a devoted family man.
