Rose (Emanuele) De Santis

Rose De Santis passed away at the age of 95 on November 9, 2023, in Bluffton, SC. She was preceded in death by her husband, Pasquale (Pat) in 1995.

Rose (Emanuele) was born on August 25, 1928 in Roseto Valfortore, Province of Foggia, in the Apulia Region of southeastern Italy. She immigrated to this country with her mother in 1947 after World War II and resided in Bound Brook, NJ. She met her husband in Bound Brook, NJ and was married in 1951. She was a lifelong member of the St. Joseph’s Church in Bound Brook, NJ.

Rose loved to cook and bake. She always loved working in her garden. She is survived by her children, John De Santis, Dominic De Santis, Linda Corsini, and Anthony De Santis, eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Friday, November 17th at the Hagen-Chamberlain funeral home at 225 Mountain Ave, Bound Brook, NJ There will be a funeral Mass for her at St. Joseph Church, Bound Brook, NJ. She will be buried next to her husband in the Bound Brook Cemetery.
