Rose Marie Schlosser

Rose Marie Schlosser passed away at the age of 81 at her home on Hilton Head Island with her beloved family by her side.

Rose was born in Baltimore Maryland, graduated from Wheaton High School, and attended Montgomery College in Maryland. She married Paul Schlosser on May 28th, 1960. Together  Rose and Paul created Schlosser Landscaping Company, Roseland Inc., and a successful commercial property business.

Rose and Paul (late) moved their family from Maryland to Hilton Head Island 40 years ago. She cherished her family gatherings and found great joy in traveling the world with Paul (late), family and friends. She enjoyed the beach, boating, knitting and reading, mostly of all Rose cherished being with her children and grandchildren.

Rose is preceded by her husband Paul. She is survived by her children; son Andy Schlosser (Pam) of Sudlersville, MD, her daughters Sandy Bond of Bluffton SC, Julie Scott (Thurber) of Hilton Head Island, SC, and Debbie King (Frank) of Bluffton SC. Her sister; Linda Wells of Gaithersburg, MD. She had 9 grandchildren; Bryan Schlosser (Jenn), Kimberly Schlosser, Zach Bond, Luke Bond, Josh Bond, Abigail Scott, Anna Scott, Hailey King, and Dalton King.

The Schlosser children wish to extend their gratitude to the many caregivers, physicians, nurses, physical therapist and Amedisys Hospice for their care and support of Rose during her courageous fight with Cancer.

Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 am, Friday April 30 ^th , 2021 at St.  Luke’s Church 50 Pope Avenue, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.  In lieu of flowers please consider donations in memory of Rose M.
