HeapeRidgeland, SCRoy Mitchell Heape, 65, died Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at his home in Ridgeland, SC.He was born in Ridgeland SC on May 24, 1943 to the late Edward Wendell Heape and Izora Priester Heape.He was a retired ironworker and a member of Gillisonville Baptist Church.He is survived by his special friend, Elaine Deglar of Ridgeland, SC; two sons, James and Edward; two daughters, Peggy Sue and Donna Teresa; and two sisters, Shelby Jean Swartz of Hardeeville, SC and Margie Selph of McCrae, SC.Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, November 20, 2008 at Gillisonville Baptist Church in Gillisonville, SC.
