Salli Ann Subler (Spring)

May 21, 1933 — July 10, 2018

Born in Columbus, Ohio, of Robert and Charlotte House. Attended St. Mary of the Springs Academy and the Ohio State University. Preceded in death by her husband’s, Jim Subler and Ronald Spring and her sister Mary Louise Theibert. Survived by her loving children: Terry (Teri), Greg (Pamela), Scott (Teresa) and Molly (Jim King) Spring. Salli adored her grandchildren Emily, Cameron, Austin, Nicole, Perry and Leanne Spring, and step-grandchildren Stacy Porter, Stacey Gordon and Sam King, along with three great-grandchildren. After graduation from Ohio State University in 1954, Salli married and settled in Centerville, Ohio, where she built a wonderful life, acquired many friends and raised a beautiful family. Always happy, content and gracious, Salli lived a satisfying life. Her volunteering spirit, prayerful soul, love for people, and accommodating demeanor resulted in many friendships. Salli died peacefully July 10 in Bluffton, South Carolina, in the loving care of Molly and Jim King. Memorial Service at Church of the Incarnation, Centerville, Ohio, and interment at the Centerville Cemetery, at a future date. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Maranatha Farm, 342 Crabapple Lane, Ridgeland, South Carolina 29936 or Hospice Care of the Lowcountry, PO Box 3827, Bluffton, South Carolina 29910.
