Santina Arena

Santina Arena, age 99, of Bluffton died Saturday, November 8, 2014. Ms. Arena was born on October 19, 1915 in New York, NY, the daughter of the late Michael Manutela and Josephine Pignato Manutela. She was a member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church. Ms. Arena is survived by her daughters, Ann Barbato (Louis) and Geraldine Caristo, all of Bluffton; grandchildren, Rachel Caristo, Sandra Nouri (Jimi), and Joseph Barbato (Nicole); great-grandchildren, Alex, Gabby, Michael, Joseph, and Logan. A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, 333 Fording Island Road, Bluffton, SC 29909 with burial following at Lowcountry Memorial Gardens, Bluffton, SC.
