Sara E. (Libby) TutenRidgeland, SCSara Elizabeth Trowell Tuten, 78, passed away Monday, April 5, 2010 at Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville, SC.She was born in Lena, SC on April 17, 1931 to the late William Trowell and Ellen Griner Trowell.She was a graduate of Estill High School and she attended Winthrop College. She was a nurse for twenty five years. She loved her children and grandchildren and was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and friend. She was a Baptist.She is survived by her three sons, Benjamin Lee Hankla, John Mikell (Cathy) Tuten and William (Bill) Trowell Tuten, all of Ridgeland, SC and three grandchildren.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, April 9, 2010 at Sauls Funeral Home Chapel in Ridgeland, SC with burial in Stafford Cemetery in Furman, SC. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until the hour of service at the funeral home. Sauls Funeral Home of Ridgeland is assisting the family with their arrangements. (saulsfh.com)
