Scott Hartke

Scotty Wayne Hartke, 45, of Bluffton, SC died October 16, 2013 at his residence. He was born on March 10, 1968 in Wichita, Kansas the son of Evelyn and Donald "Don" Hartke. He worked as a master electrician for residential home building projects; was a musician, singer, and guitarist; attended the Christian Renewal Church of Hilton Head Island. He was a devoted husband and father. He endured gracefully and fought a valiant fight against cancer. He is survived by his wife, Bronna "Dee Dee" Hartke of Bluffton; parents Evelyn and Don Hartke of Warsaw, MO; daughters Nikki Davis of Wichita, KS, and Hannah and Melodee Hartke of Bluffton; maternal grandparents Delouris and Duane Pollard of Salina, KS; and 1 grandchild, Jaelynn Davis. A service will be held at 3pm, Sunday, October 20, 2013 at Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton with a visitation from 10am-12noon.
