Sheree Ann Goethe

Sheree Ann Goethe, 36, passed away peacefully and surrounded by her family on December 3, 2017 at the Robin Johnson Hospice House. A native of Bluffton, South Carolina, she was the daughter of Lisa C. Smith and Mark E. Goethe. Sheree graduated from Battery Creek High School in Beaufort, SC and attended PEP on Hilton Head for 15 years. She was very active in her community and worked at TJ Maxx in Hilton Head. She was very loving, caring, and compassionate. She never met a stranger and always left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She was an Island All-Star Special Team cheerleader and an avid Gamecock fan. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Matthew E. Goethe and wife, Amber; nieces and nephews, Malachi, Makayla, Caleb, and Paisley Goethe; and her grandmother, Shirley Smith. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Clarence and Olivia Goethe and Everette Smith. A service to celebrate her life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, December 17, 2017 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton, SC 29910. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Program for Exceptional People "PEP", 10 Oak Park Drive, Hilton Head, SC 29926.
