Sherry L. Cheatwood

Sherry L. Cheatwood, 63, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 09, 2018 in her own home surrounded by her husband and daughters. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jenny and Jerry Weigand. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Cheatwood; daughters, Sunny (Andrew) Pietz and Angel Cheatwood; granddaughters, Gracie Pietz and Tessa Pietz; sister, Rhonda Berry; and many in-laws, aunt, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Per her request cremation has taken place and in lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, D.C. 20090-6011 or online at www.alz.org. The family would like to extend a special thank you for the caring support from Yvette Pinckney and her team as well as the Compassus Hospice team for their outstanding professionalism, care, and support. A private service will be held at a later date.
