Sherry Lynn Eberhardt

Sherry Lynn Eberhardt, 74 of Bluffton, SC passed away on Friday, August 17, 2018 at Hospice Savannah after a short battle with cancer.

Sherry was born on August 16, 1944 in Massillon, Ohio to Richard Ronald Eberhardt and Hildegard Dolores (Bettscheider) Eberhardt. Sherry loved her family, friends and her beloved dogs more than anything in life and looked forward to every holiday. She was famous in Bluffton for decorating her yard for every Halloween, Christmas, Easter and Fourth of July. Sherry enjoyed giving the gift of joy to those who came to see them. She could often be found in her yard and waved to all who went by. Sherry had an impeccable work ethic and that was always very important to her. Sherry’s motto was “Make someone smile today”!

Sherry is survived by her three children: Thomas (Dori) Marcovechio of Bluffton, SC, Debra (Anthony) Ryland of Clovis, CA, and Nicole (Thomas) Chapman of Bluffton, SC; and six grandchildren: Milah, Parker, Senna, Evan, Carson and Jake. Sherry is predeceased by her parents and two brothers, Richard Ronald Eberhardt Jr. (Brother Larry, OFM Conv.) and Lawrence Lee Eberhardt.
