Surrounded by her loving husband and family, with love and tears, Shirley Perez peacefully went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 1, 2022.

Shirley was born in Philadelphia Pa on July 15, 1947 to the late Mary Helen Sullivan and William Miller.  Preceded by 5 siblings Harry Padden, Mary De'Gregorio, Bobby Padden, Gerry Pizzi and Carol Padden.

She is survived by her husband Victor Hugo Perez, sons Larry Jenkins (Sherry) of Anderson SC., Ivan Perez of Hilton Head SC., and daughter Jessie Stumm of Hilton Head SC. Cherished Grandmother (Nummy) to 7 Grandchildren-Jessica Quinn, Joshua Jenkins, Jaszmin Bowen, Jerica Burns, Michael Stumm, Talia Gessner, Javin King and 10 Great Grandchildren.

Shirley was a loving wife, mother and friend.  She was a talented and crafty homemaker who loved to cook and entertain. Her many hobbies included painting, quilting and gardening.  She was a devoted Christian throughout her lifetime.  A caring and loving woman who will truly be missed.

Her family and friends will gather together and all are welcome to celebrate her life.  Funeral service will be held at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton, SC 29910. Viewing (closed casket) at 12:00pm and service at 2:00pm.
