​Shirley Jean Wing

Shirley Jean Wing, age 89 of Ridgeland, SC passed away on April 1, 2018 at Hospice Savannah of Savannah, Georgia.

Ms. Wing was born on March 10, 1929 in Chautauqua, NY to the late Benjamin Edward Wing and Emma Elizabeth Plumadore Wing. She served as a missionary for 22 years in the Philippines. Before becoming ill, she made lap blankets for those in need and continued to serve the Lord in several capacities, always willing to lend a helping hand. She also enjoyed playing the piano.

A celebration of Life will be held at 5:00 pm, Sunday, April 8, 2018 at Great Swamp Baptist Church, Ridgeland, SC.
