Sidney Beverly Graves

Sidney Beverly Graves, 82 of Bluffton, SC went to heaven to be reunited with the love of her life, her husband Lloyd H Graves, on Tuesday September 23rd, 2019 surrounded by family.

During their 56 years of marriage Sid and Lloyd created quite the family, including Glenn (Leslie), Angela, Neal (Caroline) and Concetta.  Sid was gifted her favorite grandchildren, as she told each they were the favorite, “ but not to share that with the others”. She was Nana to Jessica (Mike), Alex (Jessica), Will and Nick. Then along came the great grand children and knocked them all down a notch.  The new heirs to the throne consist of Houston, Harper, Holden and Sydney Rose.

Sid possessed a great sense of humor and loved spending time with her family, drinking coffee on the porch, and going to the mountains.  She was known to tell you about yourself,  if you needed it, but would usually add the word "Sug" at the end to soften the blow.  And she did not like to be seen when her hair was not done!

Her absence will be a disservice to the world as a whole, but leave a gaping hole in her family's world.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 28, 2019 from Noon until 1:00 pm at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton with a Graveside service to follow in Bluffton Cemetery.
