Stanley Andrew Hoffman

Stanley A. Hoffman, 79, of Bluffton, SC, passed away peacefully on November 18, 2022, at home, in the loving comfort of his wife and soulmate of 58 years, Janice (Haremski) Hoffman.  Stanley retired from the Ford Motor Company Stamping Plant in 2007.  They moved from Hamburg, NY to Sun City, SC 8 years ago.   He was known for his love of life, infectious smile, friendly disposition, and as a loyal friend to many.  Prior to a lengthy illness, he lived an active lifestyle that included his love of boating, hunting, bowling, and cross-country skiing.  He was a beloved husband to Jan; devoted father to daughter, Julie Reed (Robert); son, Todd Hoffman (Sherri); and loving “papa” to his 3 cherished grandchildren; Tyler (Kirstin) Reed, Kali Reed, and Cooper Hoffman.  Dear brother of Tony (Irene) Hoffman, Sandy Daley, the late Judith Kinsler (Kenneth);  survived by nephews and nieces.  A memorial service and celebration of Stan’s life will be held at St. Bernadette’s in Orchard Park, NY in January.
