Sumako Mori Lavigne

Sumako Mori Lavigne of Ridgeland, South Carolina, peacefully passed away at her home on August 3, 2022 at the age of 91.

She is survived by her husband, Amos Lavigne, Jr.; children Victor Lavigne (Savannah, Georgia) with wife Martha, and Susan Waite (Ridgeland) with husband Randy; grandchildren Christina Lang (Ridgeland) with husband Steven, Michael Waite (Ridgeland) with wife Madeline, and Randy Waite, Jr. (Bluffton) with wife Mandy; and great-grandchildren Hunter, Gracie and Brooke Lang; Benjamin Waite; and Fischer and Dillon Waite.

Sumako had lived in Ridgeland since 1976 and will be greatly missed.

A memorial service for family members will be held at a later date.
