Susan Noel (Pitts) Pitts Stults

Susan Noel Pitts Stults, 63, of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina passed away on Saturday February 18, 2023 after a short illness.  She was born on June 24, 1959 in Providence, RI where she was adopted by her parents, Charles Harold Pitts and Margaret Phillips Pitts.

Being in a Navy family she had the privilege of living in RI, CA and Japan.  After her Dad passed, her family moved to Hilton Head in 1973.

Susan graduated from H.E. McCracken High in 1978.

In 2016 Susan suffered a stroke which made her wheelchair bound in a nursing home.  However, this did not keep her from enjoying cross-stitching, doing puzzles and coloring.  Her favorite sports team was the Atlanta Braves.  Most of all, her heart was with her six grandsons.

She was predeceased by her parents Charles Harold Pitts and Margaret Phillips Pitts.  Also, her brother Brian Charles Pitts.

Surviving are her two daughters, Joy Stults Farrugia (Gene), and Christie Stults; her sister Lisa Pitts-Kremer (Kevin), 6 Grandsons:  Nicholas, Michael and Noah Farrugia, Dominic and Kamrin Stults and Kevin McGill, Jr.

Also survived are her nephews:  Henry Pitts, Adam (Emily) and Alex Kremer and nieces:  Allison and Charlie Pitts.  Her aunt Elaine Pitts Coppage and Uncle John W. Phillips.

Visitation:  4:00-6:00 PM; Thursday; February 23, 2023 at Sauls Funeral Home in Bluffton, SC.
