Susan Frances Wind

Susan Frances Wind, age 66 of Bluffton, SC and wife of Kenneth William Wind passed away on November 19, 2015. She was born in New York, NY to the late Michael and Georgianna Pappas. She graduated from Hunter College, NY with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. She spent her career teaching at Grundy Avenue Elementary School, Holbrook, NY. Her retirement years were thoroughly enjoyed by spending time with her grandchildren, traveling and donating her time and sewing talents to Julie's Mission and the Sew What Club. She was a living testament to the philosophy that every day of life was meant to be celebrated. She is survived by her husband, daughters Jacqueline Clinton (Philip) of O'Fallon, IL and Eileen McCullough (Matthew) of Nesconset, NY, and her grandchildren Caitlyn Clinton, Victoria Clinton, Grace Clinton, Harrison Clinton, Madeline McCullough, Lily McCullough and Annabel McCullough. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until Noon and 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm on Monday, November 23, 2015 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton.
