Thomas Milton Locke

Thomas Milton Locke, 64, of Okatie, SC, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at his home. He was born on July 17, 1947 in Camden, Alabama. He was the son of the late Thomas Irvin and Allie Grace Ford Locke. He was a retired United States Air Force Major where he served in the Office of Special Investigations. After his retirement he was a program manager for the Department of Defense for 22 years. He graduated with a Bachelors degree from the University of Alabama and later a Masters degree from Troy State University where he also taught. He received many awards during his service in the United States Air Force. He was Baptist. He enjoyed hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, and volunteering with his sons
