Thomas W. Malphrus

Thomas W. Malphrus, 76, of Lena/Estill, SC, passed away on March 30, 2021 at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.

Thomas was born on May1, 1944 in Ridgeland, SC to the late Broadus and Laura (Tuten) Malphrus.

Mr. Malphrus proudly served in the United States Army and was of the Baptist faith.  After graduating from business school, he spent his working years as a security professional.  He was also a highly skilled carpenter, welder, plumber and electrician.

Mr. Malphrus is survived by his brother, Steve Malphrus of Beaufort, SC; his niece, Laurie Malphrus of Beaufort, SC.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm, Friday, April 2, 2021 at Great Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery, Ridgeland, SC.
