Tracy Arnold Benton

Tracy Arnold Benton, 43, of North Carolina died January 15, 2014 at his home in Dallas, North Carolina. He was born in Savannah, Georgia on November 4, 1970 the son of Thomas Benton and Gloria N. Nettles. He was an IT manager for Hewlett-Packard Corporation. He was a graduate of Thomas Heyward Academy Class of '89 and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He was a Baptist and enjoyed riding motorcycles. He is survived by his wife, Melissa Benton of Dallas, NC, his father, Thomas B. Benton and step-mother Connie Benton of Ridgeland, SC, his mother, Gloria N. Nettles of Dunellon, Florida, one brother, James Vaughn of Jacksonville, Florida; two sisters, Bonnie Roach (Derrick) of Ridgeland, SC and Lisa Cartin of Ridgeland, SC. A funeral service will be held at 2pm, Monday, January 20, 2014 at Great Swamp Baptist Church with burial following at the Grahamville Cemetery.
