Valorie Julia Sharpe

Valorie Julia Sharpe (nee Rogers), 63, passed away July 15th due to complications from heart surgery. She is survived by her adoring husband of 37 years, Timothy Sharpe, beloved daughter Jessica Relyea (Matthew) and dear dog Wesley. Val grew up in Finneytown, Ohio, graduated from the University of Cincinnati, and was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha. She obtained a Master's Degree from Cornell University and worked as a Personnel Director and Kindergarten teacher. Val retired to Sun City Hilton Head where she was an avid volunteer and much loved friend to many. A memorial service will be held at Saul's Funeral Home in Bluffton on Friday, July 25th at 2pm.
