Violet Cook Polson-Barnette of Bluffton, SC died May 26, 2013 at National Health Care-Bluffton.
She was born in England on December 4, 1926 the daughter of the late Joseph and Amelia Kendall Cook.
She is survived by her son, Clyde Polson (Barbara); granddaughters Keri Devaney (Mark) and Shannon Shea (Chris); and 5 great-grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held at 1pm, Thursday, May 30, 2013 at Forest Lawn West Cemetery, in Charlotte, NC.
