Virginia Gale Williams

Virginia Gale Williams, 64, passed away on June 18, 2019 at MUSC in Charleston, SC.

Virginia was born on June 3, 1955 in Estill, SC, the daughter of the late John Ross Mason and Corrine Dean Mason. She was a member of the Gillisonville Baptist Church. Virginia was a homemaker, she enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her family. She had many hobbies including crocheting, collecting lighthouses, and baking and decorating her famous cakes.

Virginia is survived by her husband, Roy M. Williams of Ridgeland, SC, three sons, Roy M. Williams Jr. (Sandy) of Grays, SC, Clinton Williams (Tammy) of Grays, SC, Jessee Williams (Missy) of Brunson, SC, four daughters, Amanda Blatchley (Keefe) of Ridgeland, SC, Courtney Allen of Ridgeland, SC, Kathy Cooke (Allan) of Cummings, SC, Krista Williams of Santee, SC, one brother, Tanzel Barnes of Early Branch, SC, three sisters, Rosemary Sullivan (Ron) of Florida, Sheryl DeLoach (Jack) of Varnville, SC, Karen Barnes of Early Branch, SC, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Virginia will forever be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm, Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Great Swamp Baptist Church, 9009 Tarboro Rd, Ridgeland.
