Walter John Scovronski Jr.

Walter Scovronski passed away peacefully at home on Christmas Eve at the age of 72. Walter was born on September 29, 1953 in Martins Ferry, Ohio.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie, his daughter and son-in-law, Amber and Jon Rossiter, his son and daughter in-law Walter (Chip) and Paige Scovronski. Five grandchildren, Nathan, Nora Rose, Makayla, Hudson and Landon. Two brothers, Robert and Marge Scovronski of Mingo Jct, Ohio and Michael Scovronski of Richmond, Virginia.

He was preceded in death by his parents Walter Sr. and Rose and his brother Paul.

He was a heavy equipment operator for over fifty years, both in Ohio and South Carolina.

A memorial service will be held on May 8, 2026, at 1:00 pm, at Hardeeville Methodist Church.
