Wayne Clair Dell

Wayne Clair Dell, 63, of Ridgeland, SC passed away on Monday, February 22, 2010 at home after a short battle with cancer. He was born in Duncansville, PA on June 29, 1946. He was the son of the late Charles Elmer Dell and Helen Louise Hanks. He attended Penn State University and was a well-known architect of the Lowcountry. He was a member of the architectural review boards of Callawassie Island and Bull Point Communities, a member of the Jasper County Development Board and Planning Commission, and a City of Hardeeville Municipal Judge. He was a member of St. Paul
