Werner William Miller, 84 of Bluffton died quietly at home on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at 7:30 pm. Werner and his wife, Beryl had been residents at Belfair for twelve years. Werner was in his sixth month of recovery from major surgery and seemed to be recovering well when suddenly he slipped away.Werner was a retired Master Builder from Stamford, Conn.
