William (Bill) Henry Box Jr.

William Box was born on Oct. 28 1942 to Ella and William Box Sr of Bethlehem CT.  Bill was one of Five children(Caroline, Ronald, Betty, William and Doris).

Bill Went to Woodbury High School.Over the years Bill took many classes such as Welding, Electrical, Handyman, and Photography.Bill always loved photography which he became very active with upon retirement in SC.Bill had many photos published in SC newspapers, magazines and the Sun City Sunsations Magazine(3 front covers).

Bill worked at Sun Fish Sailboats and Taft School in Watertown CT  where Bill retired from.

While living most of his life in Bethlehem, Ct(His family dates back to 1850's) Bill was active in the First Church of Bethlehem Ct., Lions Club of Bethlehem and The Bethlehem Fair Assoc. After retirement Bill moved to Sun City SC and has lived here for 15 years.

Bill is survived by his wife Gail.

Bill had 5 Children (Richard(Linda),Joseph, Christine, Colleen and Karen(deceased). He was a proud grandfather of 14(2 deceased(Katie and Kevin)). An even prouder GREAT Grandfather of 7 (Wyatt, Jayden, Colton, Izabella, Christopher, Adrianna and Bethany).

A life celebration Service will be held on Feb.15th at the Low Country Presbyterian Church, 10 Simmonsville Rd. Bluffton at 11:00 AM.

Future plans will be made for a Life Celebration in Bethlehem, Ct.
