William Francis Gifford, 78 of Bluffton passed away on Friday, January 25, 2013 at Coastal Carolina Medical Center, Hardeeville, SC.He was born in Brooklyn, NY on September 25, 1934. He was a retired New York Police Officer and a US Army veteran. He was a Catholic.He is survived by his wife, Luciana Z. Gifford of Bluffton and his sister, Rose Anne Gifford of Bayside, NY.A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, January 28, 2013 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton.
