William Ray Harrelson

William Ray Harrelson, age 68 of Hardeeville, SC, passed away on May 30, 2020 at NHC Health Care – Bluffton.

Mr. Harrelson was born in Sumter, SC on May 12, 1952 to the late Thomas Timmons and Oleta Cox Timmons.

Mr. Harrelson was a home builder with Dale Parrish and Harvey Carson Builders.  He was a Methodist.

Mr. Harrelson is survived by his brother, Terry Timmons (Laura) of Ludowici, GA and several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his brother, Allen Amerson.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Sauls Funeral Home, 310 W. Adams St., Ridgeland, SC.  Please respect the health welfare of the family by limiting your visit to only 10 persons at a time in the building.

Graveside services will be held at 11:30 am on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at Evergreen Memorial Park in Sumter, SC.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 950 W. Faris Road, Greenville, SC  29605 or the Jasper Animal Rescue Mission, 1352 Carters Mill Road, Ridgeland, SC  29936.
