William Arthur Lawrence Willoughby

WILLIAM ARTHUR LAWRENCE WILLOUGHBY William Arthur Lawrence Willoughby 89, passed on September 11, 2016. He resided in Hardeeville South Carolina. Willian was born in Newark, New Jersey on September 29, 1926. He resided in New Jersey most of his life living in Newark, Green Brook, Carteret, and Kearney. He was the owner of Flagg Industrial Supplies for 20 Years. He belonged to the Lion's Club and was an avid supporter of the Green Brook Little League. He was also a member of the Green Brook Golf Association and golfed for many years. William is survived by his wife of 67 years, Rosalie Espiniera Willoughby of Hardeeville, South Carolina. His son George Stephen Willoughby and his wife Karen reside in Miami Beach Florida. He has two Granddaughters, Anne Gonyaw of Derby Line, Vermont and Heidi Willoughby of Anchorage, Alaska. He has two great-grandchildren, Abigail Gonyaw and Benjamin Gonyaw both of Derby Line Vermont. William had many brothers and sisters who are deceased. He is survived by his Sister Margaret Bolton of Pembroke Pines, Florida and his Brother John Rhody of New Smyrna Beach, Florida William was a Veteran of the second world war. He will be buried with his brother, George Willoughby, at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia at a later date. No funeral services other than those at Arlington have been scheduled.
