William Edward LittlesBluffton, SCWilliam Edward Littles, 81, died Friday, August 31, 2007 in the Hilton Head Regional Medical Center, Hilton Head Island, SC. He was born in Pearl River, NY on January 14, 1926. He was the son of the late William D. and Naomi Eckert Littles.He lived his entire life in Pearl River, NY moving to South Carolina in 1994 upon retiring. He worked as a Civil Engineer for Montrose Construction Company of White Plains, NY and retired from Westage Development in Fishkill, NY. He was a US Navy veteran of World War II and he was a Methodist. He attended Harvard University and Tufts University. He enjoyed golf and socializing with family and friends.He is survived by his wife, Ruth E. Littles of Bluffton, SC; two sons, William G. (Elizabeth) Littles of Peterborough, NH; and Mark J. (Joanne) Littles of Warren, NJ; one daughter, Cheryl (Dan) O
