William “Billy” Neugebauer, Iii

William “Billy” Neugebauer, III, age 65, of Bluffton, SC and formerly of Monmouth County, NJ died Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Hilton Head Regional Medical Center. Mr. Neugebauer was born on May 22, 1950 in West Keansburg, NJ, the son of the late William Neugebauer, II and Martha Nagroski Neugebauer. Billy worked as a crane operator for many years in New York City, retiring from Local 14-14B. He was a parishioner of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church in Bluffton, SC and St. Frances Catholic Church in Neptune, NJ. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. Mr. Neugebauer is survived by his loving wife of 8 years, Marlon Neugebauer; daughter, Dana Valenti (Thomas) of Middletown, NJ; step-son, Marcus Branch of Washington, DC; brother, Richard A. Tutunjian of Hazlet, NJ; sister, Cecilia Low (Gary) of Bluffton, SC; granddaughter, Violet Valenti; nephews, Keith and Kevin Low; and a host of friends. A memorial service will take place at 10:30 a.m., Monday, March 7, 2016 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton, SC 29910.
