William Carroll Pearson

William Carroll Pearson, 80, passed away on Sunday, April 18, 2010 at his home in Bluffton, SC.He was born in Crabtree, NC on October 2, 1929. He was the son of the late Bura H. Pearson and Marie Justice Smith.He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bluffton. He retired from Campbell Taggert in 1991. He loved golf and enjoyed traveling.He is survived by his wife, Lou Ellen Israel Pearson of Bluffton, SC; one son, Ronald Pearson of Bluffton, SC; two daughters, Patricia Pearson of Hilton Head Island, SC and Nancy Price of Macon, GA; one brother, Dean (Corena) Pearson of Greenville, TN; two sisters, Brenda (James) Raines of Pickens, SC and Carlyn Calloway of Canton, NC; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was predeceased by three brothers and one sister.Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 pm, Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton, SC with burial in the Bluffton Cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 prior to the service. The family requests memorial donations be made to First Baptist Church of Bluffton, Building Fund, P.O.
