William Robert "Robby" Roe

William Robert “Robby” Roe, 49, of Bluffton, SC and husband of Connie McMillan Roe, passed away on March 3, 2016. Robby was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan on November 16, 1966 to Edith Vestal and the late Billy Franklin Roe. Originally from Murphysboro, Illinois, Robby was a 1984 graduate of Murphysboro High School, where he was very involved with athletic teams such as football, baseball, and karate. His career consisted of swimming pool building nationwide with a Southeast concentration. Robby enjoyed watercrafting, paintball, and motorcycles. He was a big Harley Davidson and Cowboys fan. Robby is survived by his wife Connie McMillan Roe; his mother, Edith Vestal of Bluffton, SC; children, Barrett Roe of Rincon, GA, Kendall Roe of Bluffton, SC, Jonathan Bragg (Paige) of Bluffton, SC, and Monica Woods (Michael) of Guyton, GA; grandchildren, Ashleigh Woods, Corey Woods, Vada Bragg, and Maci Bragg. The family will receive friends on Monday, March 7, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton, SC. The funeral service will begin at 6:00 p.m. Memorial services will be held March 12, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Sylvania, GA. A second memorial service will be held March 19, 2016 in Robby’s hometown, Murphysboro, IL. Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton is assisting the family with arrangements.
