William Bishop Sheck

William Bishop Sheck, of Sun City and formerly of Stamford, CT died Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at Hospice of Charleston in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Mr. Sheck was born on November 14, 1927 in New York City, NY, the son of the late William and Mabel Clark Sheck. He had been a resident of Sun City for the past 11 years and a part-time resident of Hilton Head since the 1970’s. He is survived by his wife of nearly 50 years, Barbara and daughters, Hope and Heidi; as well as nine grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Hilton Head Humane Association, P.O. Box 21790, Hilton Head Island, SC 29925. Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton is assisting the family with a private funeral service.
