Wilma Jean Fender Bryan, 84 of Levy, SC and former widow of J. Dan Bryan passed away on Friday, May 13, 2016 at her home. Wilma was born in Townsend, GA on May 30, 1931 to the late Mac Fender and Ava Carter Fender. Wilma was the Hostess with the Mostess at the Pink Pig Bar B-Que Restaurant; owner and operator of Bryan’s Store and a member of the Hardeeville Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Kenny Bryan (Ginger) of Hardeeville; her daughter, Rita Bryan Thomas of Hardeeville; two brothers, Donald Fender (Susie) of Texas and Charles Fender (Beth of Alabama; five sisters, Gerri Wheeler, Dee Riley and Sandra Harrelson (Jim) all of Savannah, GA, Celia Hunt (Ed) of Charleston, SC and Lois Becker (Earl) of Forsythe, GA; her grandchildren, Kelly Barrell, Lindsay Bryan, Len Thomas III(Tommy), Bryan Thomas and her great grandchildren,Louis, Bobby, Birdie, Liam, Linkin Barrell. Wilma was predeceased by her son, Mark D. Bryan.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, May 14, 2016 at the Bryan Family Cemetery, Levy, SC. Memorial contributions may be made to the AIDS Access Foundation, 222 West 21st Street, Suite F308, Norfolk, VA 23517 or charity of choice in memory of Wilma Bryan.
