Yolanda Bernard, 64, of Hilton Head Island died Friday, March 13, 2015 at Hilton Head Hospital.
Mrs. Bernard was born on August 7, 1950 in Washington, DC, the daughter of Chance Goins and Gertrude Barnes Goins. She is survived by her sons, Chance Bernard (Tracy) of Bowie, MD and Cliff D. Bernard of Hilton Head Island, SC; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Goins.
