Yvonne W. LowtherRidgeland, SCYvonne Woodard Lowther, 80, passed away Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Summit Place in Beaufort, SC.She was born in Charleston, SC on August 20, 1931 to the late Charles Tabor Woodard and Pearl Porter Woodard. She was Office Manager for C. M. Lowther, Jr. Construction Company; a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, The Ridgeland Ward and she was an avid Gardner.She is survived by her husband, Charles M. Lowther, Jr. of Ridgeland, SC; a son, Troy M. (Nancy) Lowther of Ridgeland, SC; three daughters, Reneau L. (Jeff) Barker, also of Ridgeland, SC; Beth (Jerry) Smith of Aiken, SC; Cheryle Sue L. (C. E.) Malphrus of Ridgeland, SC; one brother, Graydon Woodard of Colorado; one sister, Carol Reeder of Perry, UT; daughter in law, Midge Lowther of Ridgeland, SC; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sons, Charles M. Lowther, III, Charles Bradford Lowther and daughter, Patricia Ann Malphrus.Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, March 10th, 2012 with Bishop Ashley Ingram officiating, at the Ridgeland Cemetery. Mr. Troy Lowther will be delivering the Eulogy. Mr. C. M. Lowther, Jr. will be dedicating the grave and Mr. Jeff Barker and Jerry Smith will be delivering prayers. Pallbearers will be Jeffrey L. Barker, Nicholas C. Barker, Luke C. Barker, Charles Jonah Lowther, Porter W. Smith, Brandt Malphrus with Mr. James B. Lowther serving as an Honorary bearer.
