Edward Francis Eick

Edward Francis Eick passed away peacefully at his home December 20, 2022. He is survived by his wife, Janet Gefken Eick and was a loving husband, proud father of eight sons, and a humble and selfless man. Ed was a man of great faith, a Korean War Veteran, Eagle Scout and Scout Master, an educator of History and a role model of kindness and compassion.

Ed’s endless teachings of History, his experiences, and his love live on with his family.

Ed was one of four boys and with wife, Janet, raised eight sons: William, Gerald, Donald, Brian, James, Richard, Edward, and Joseph. He was a proud grandfather of 12 and great-grandfather of 14.

Gratitude goes to Crescent Hospice for their compassion, and to our son, Joseph, who was by his side during his transition into Heaven.

Our lives will be empty without his presence. However, his teachings of faith, life, family, and love will be endless in our hearts.
